ASIMUT is an online event and information management system created by Paldam IT ApS in close cooperation with our partners:

 - The Royal Danish Academy of Music in Copenhagen
 - The Rhythmic Music Conservatory in Copenhagen

It has been developed for educational and cultural institutions with special focus on the needs of music academies and concert venues.

ASIMUT features enterprise level time scheduling, event- and resource management as well as a public information and booking system. It will allow you to keep track of everything that happens in your organisation – from a large festival or conference consisting of many individual events involving hundreds of people to a solitary student booking a room for rehearsing.

Being a web-based system, ASIMUT allows everyone to access the system at different levels from any location in the world – a study manager can use the system for planning educational activities during the next semester, while teachers and students have easy access to check what classes are planned and what rooms are available for extracurricular activities.

The focus of the ASIMUT system is to ensure planning and communication in order to allow the organisation to make the most of its resources – be it human resources or buildings and inventory. The system ensures that participants are kept up to date with relevant information concerning planned events and any changes that might occur, thus eliminating frustration and waste of time due to lack of communication.
